About The Project

The Purchasing Target Operating Model (TOM) is a workstream that has been set up as part of the Paganini project. The goal of TOM is to integrate the execution of purchasing after the merger between Schaeffler and Vitesco. Harmonizing and improving the strategy, processes, roles & IT systems is essential for a successful integration and a future-oriented purchasing organization.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the TOM integration project by performing test cases, data consolidation, data clean-up, mass uploads
• Performing daily operations focused on integration related activities in systems such as Coupa, Squando and various SAP environments
• Conducting regular follow-ups, coordination and checks with IT and Project Team Members
• Supporting system updates and releases
• Communicating with respective Purchasing Colleagues in order to clarify topics
• Consolidating of data according to project needs
• Performing daily administrative operations in various systems (Squando MDG, ServiceNOW, SAP, Coupa)
• Supporting Project Management Teams in administrative tasks

Your Qualifications

• Completed studies in Economics, Logistics, Finance, Management or Project Management
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (min. B2 level)
• Knowledge of German is considered an asset 
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Power Point)
• Experience with SAP, Coupa, ServiceNOW is a strong advantage
• Ideally, first professional experience (e.g. internships) for Junior’s position or 1-3 year of professional experience in relevant field for Specialist’s position
• Experience in Purchasing and Process Transformation is a strong plus
• Proactive attitude in Change Management and Process Transformation
• Interpersonal, presentation, communication, conflict resolution and stakeholder relationship management skills to engage others, build consensus and resolve issues
• Proactive and eager to learn 
• Strong analytical skills
• Customer-oriented approach
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
