Automotive Finance Manager / F&I Manager - Volvo Cars Bend

Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off - Weekends required.

Compensation: Commission.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience required, 1 year preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.
• Ready to waste no time on learning new product ins and outs, eager to improve.
• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.

Responsibilities, include but not limited to:

• Assist customers in financing vehicle
• Inform customers of available aftermarket/GAP products
• Sell available aftermarket/GAP products
• Signs customer on all applicable contracts
• Works closely with lenders and keeps open line of communication with funding department
• Packages deals according to company procedure
• Delivers deals to Accounting office once signed off by Sales Manager
• Monitors self-performance
• Meets or exceeds set individual sales goals for F&I
• Addresses all funding delays immediately
• Processes refinancing
• Maintain high CSI score
• Building rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients, factory representatives and vendors
• Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

This position does have supervisory responsibilities.
