We are seeking a highly motivated Advertising Agent to join our dynamic team in Baton Rouge, LA. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the development and execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring brand alignment and measurable performance across all platforms (excluding social media). This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute advertising strategies tailored to client objectives.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-impact messaging and campaign content.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform campaign direction.
• Present advertising proposals to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Track and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
• Ensure all advertising materials comply with brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Assist in budget planning and media buying for traditional and digital campaigns (excluding social media).
• Competitive salary: $54,000 – $58,000 per year
