We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for fostering long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth. The ideal candidate is organized, client-focused, and able to manage multiple accounts with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client goals and provide strategic guidance to ensure success.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve issues.
  • Prepare and present client reports and performance reviews.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and support business development efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project timelines.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
