Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and deliver internal and external communication materials
• Coordinate with project managers and executives to align messaging with business goals
• Support communication plans for campaigns, client updates, and service launches
• Maintain accurate records of communications and follow-up actions
• Identify areas for improvement in internal communication flow
• Ensure brand tone and voice are consistent across all messaging
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in a communications, administrative, or client-facing role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
