Internship - French Communication & Business Development (Berlin-based)

Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Customer Communication Management: You work well-structured and goal-oriented in our customer service (in French), with customers who want to book a camp or have already booked via phone, e-mail or WhatsApp
• Partner Relations Management: You handle the contact with our existing partners (camp organizers & language schools) and help build strong relationships (creating & updating programmes, adding new trips, maintaining availabilities)
• Sales and Acquisition Management: You identify and acquire new French summer camp organizers, broaden our overall partner network and maintain our database. You also identify and acquire external sales partners.
• Product Management: You create and maintain camp content on our platform as part of our content team (travel description, FAQ, select fitting images to visually promote our camps)

Your Profile

• You like working with an ambitious team 
• You are motivated and want to generate awareness for our product and brand
• You are communicative - on the phone as well as via e-mail
• You work both structured and creative, showing initiative and promoting your own ideas
• French is your mother tongue and you are fluent in English 
• Knowledge of other languages (German, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Italian) is a plus
• The internship is mandatory in the course of your studies/university program for minimum duration of 3 months
• Even if you don't yet meet all the profile criteria, don't hesitate to apply if you are willing to develop new skills 
• Bonus: You attended a holiday camp - as a child or as a counselor and/or have watched "Nos jours heureux"
