Job Description
Experian's Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business is looking for a creative and data-driven Senior Manager of Organic Growth. You will shape and build a comprehensive strategy to achieve organic growth and expand how consumers discover and engage with our content and products across a evolving digital landscape. From traditional channels to latest AI-powered platforms, you will help define the future of organic engagement—all to support our mission to bring Financial Power to All™. Reporting to the Vice President of eCommerce, you will work across teams in marketing, product, and technology to provide impact at scale and unlock new pathways for consumer discovery.
You'Ll Have Opportunity To:
- Identify growth opportunities through analytics, competitive analysis, and market research, translating insights into relevant strategies aligned with our goals.
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to track performance, inform decision-making, and refine strategy.
- Communicate complex strategies across matrixed teams and present insights to executive partners.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to implement programs that enhance organic visibility, engagement, and conversion across both established and emerging discovery platforms.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies, including the transformative impact of AI, generative platforms, and assistant-based discovery, to continuously evolve our approach.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience driving organic growth through digital strategy, data insights, and competitive analysis, with 3+ years in a leadership role managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven success delivering scalable growth within complex, matrixed organizations.
- Deep expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, performance analytics, and marketing.
- Leadership qualities with a track record of influencing cross-functional priorities.
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries is a plus.
