Key Duties And Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with sales and marketing team to plan and execute channel specified marketing activities and promotional activities. Prepare proposals and execute assigned trade marketing activities with key accounts/business partners
- Design and update marketing materials & POSMs including detailing aids, leaflets, product videos, promotional gimmicks, and service e-brochures, etc.
- Build and Maintain brand awareness & engagement through different touch points, particularly in social media/digital platforms (e.g. website / fb pages)
- Perform data analysis of marketing and sales campaigns, competitive analysis, and inventory reports
- Support ad hoc projects, sales order input, customer service backup as required
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university in a relevant field
- At least 3 years of proven experience in the Aesthetics or Pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry, demonstrating consistent success.
- Strong understanding of industry-specific regulations, compliance requirements, and registration processes, ensuring smooth regulatory approvals.
- Excellent execution and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken, to ensure effective communication in a global business environment.
- A positive, growth-oriented mindset with a focus on innovation, continuous improvement, and ongoing professional development.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Copilot, Outlook), supporting efficient reporting, presentations, and project management.
- Demonstrated experience in cross-functional project management, working with diverse teams to achieve operational goals.
