Job Overview
This position is responsible for greeting, registering, collecting payments from and directing/escorting patients in compliance with applicable State and Federal regulations and hospital policies and procedures. Is an ambassador of Deaconess, cultivating a nurturing atmosphere of courtesy, respect, empathy, dignity and optimism.

• Education and Experience
• Completion of High School or GED required. College degree desired. Knowledge of health care revenue cycle preferred. Understanding of insurance is a plus.

• Midtown and Gateway campus
• Mix of 1st and 2nd shift w/ two 3rd shifts in a 6-week time frame
