We are seeking an entrepreneurial, experienced, and data-driven Field Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing field marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, generate leads and contributes to pipeline growth in EMEA and UK.

In this highly cross-functional role, you will lead marketing strategy discussions with senior sales executives and partners to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns designed to help create new prospects, advance existing opportunities and create cross sell opportunities. This person loves to work closely with the field and acts as a liaison between marketing and sales.

What You Will Do

  • Plan, execute and optimize regional marketing campaigns that align with global marketing strategy and supports sales objectives.
  • Develop multi-channel marketing programs (digital campaigns, emails, webinars, events, third-party media) to engage key decision makers and influencers.
  • Partner closely with regional sales leadership to accelerate opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Work with partner ecosystem to deliver joint marketing initiatives that expand reach and strengthen partner collaboration.
  • Partner with the Senior Manager of Events to curate and develop an effective event strategy for your region and support local event activation and execution.
  • Live and breathe closed won, pipeline acceleration and target account engagement, working as a team to exceed business goals.
  • Represent the needs of regional and partner sales in all segments of our business and brief requirements back to the central marketing organization.
  • Coordinate translation and localization requirements for the website, digital initiatives, content and assets to execute campaigns, support sales and partner teams.
  • Own measurement and success of marketing programs, including forecasting, reporting, analysis and interpretation of trends.
  • Leverage and share best practices and voice of field – problem solve to continuously improve global campaigns and programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B, SaaS field marketing role for technology company.
  • Proven ability to lead discussions with sales leadership and collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of executing successful integrated campaigns and marketing programs that generate pipeline and accelerate revenue.
  • You are highly organized, and process driven, and thrive when multi-tasking and handling complex, multi-threaded projects. You relish bringing order to chaos!
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located. Must be able to travel to the United States, Canada and within EMEA, and have a valid passport.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ABM strategies, tools (Demandbase, 6Sense etc.) and campaigns to engage and influence accounts.
  • Experience in financial, accounting, planning B2B SaaS software targeting the Office of the CFO personas ie: CFO, VP Finance/Accounting, FP&A Professionals, Controller, Consolidation Manager, etc.)
  • Proficiency in French, Dutch or German.
  • Knowledge of marketing processes, marketing automation including an understanding of lead scoring and nurturing programs.
  • Familiarity and experience with project management tools such as Wrike and CRM platforms such as SFDC.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
