Robert Bosch Power Tool Elektromos Szerszágyártó Kft. was founded in Miskolc in November 2001, and today it has become a determining factor not only within the company group, but also in the region, becoming the largest Bosch power tool factory worldwide.

Our Main Products Are:

• Green power tools and gardening tools for home use
• Blue power tools for industrial use
• Batteries for eBike and power tools

Job Description

• Sharing business segment goals with the Business and Execution Owner /
• Define business case for specific products/value streams in line with corporate expectations
• Define objectives for the value stream team
• Prioritize daily activities and development areas
• Continuous improvement of the value stream using the System CIP methodology, involving the Excellence teams
• Compliance with Bosch BPS expectations
• Overall responsibility for Value Stream performance
• Leadership responsibility for the Value Stream team
• Ensure compliance of the Value Stream concerned with factory standards, e.g.: safety requirements

Qualifications

• Experience and Knowledge: several years of professional experience in manufacturing
• Personality and Working Practice: you are communicative and bring initiative, self-confidence and complete independence; a high level of coordination and organizational skills and your goal-oriented way of working characterize you
• Languages: very good communication skills in written and spoken English and German
