We are seeking a fixed-term Project Manager for the Project Management Office (m/w/d) starting as soon as possible for the duration of one year. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning to successful delivery, managing key stakeholders, and contributing to the strategic improvement of project management methodologies within the organization.

Job Description

• Monitoring project progress and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of projects
• Stakeholder communication and management: Manage communication between stakeholders, clients, senior management, and team members
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and the implementation of best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
• Maintain organized project documentation and records
• Ensure project milestones are met

Qualifications

• Bachelors or equivalent
• Experience of 3 years in a similar role
• English Language Skills

Additional Information

The contract will be e fixed-term contract for the duration of one year. 

The Project Manager of the PMO is required to work three days in Gerlingen/ Stuttgart.
