What You Will Do 

This sub-function delivers, manages, and monitors infrastructure services and operations as well as analyzes problems or malfunctions to ensure timely resolution. Positions in this sub-function also participate in the coordination of corrective actions as appropriate, document problems and their resolution, and ensure the operational integrity of all changes to the operating environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides advanced expertise in their area of responsibility through team leadership and business partnership.
  • Manages multiple moderate size projects lasting up to one year (generally not more than 2 or 3 at one time).
  • Acts as a key resource on other larger projects and serves as a consultant with cross-functional team members (e.g., internal and external).
  • Leads the assessment of the technical and economic feasibility of proposed solutions and provides appropriate recommendations based on industry trends, internal benchmarking, and vendor relationships.
  • Balances between I/T standards and strategies and business needs to guide well-informed decisions.
  • Applies compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, provides documentation as necessary, and participates in compliance activities as required.
  • Knowledge: Broad knowledge of operations technologies, processes, procedures, and architectures, including the ability to support all technologies in the operations environment.
  • Understanding of the I/T organization and where to escalate operational problems.
  • General understanding of J&J operating company's products and business processes, and the ability to prioritize the criticality of an operational incident and its impact on the business.
  • Detailed understanding of business processes and data within and across areas.
  • Multi-lingual and cultural awareness.
  • Supervision Received/Provided: Functions independently with limited work direction and escalates as appropriate.
  • Provides work process reviews and provides balanced/constructive feedback.
  • Mentors and guides junior-level staff
  • Works effectively as part of a team.
  • Decision-Making: Independently troubleshoots more complex problems and suggests effective resolutions.
  • Selects tools and methodologies for projects, following compliance and company guidelines.

  • Good strategic thinking and well-planned in executions
  • Good analytical skills, supervisory, leadership and good team player
  • Entrepreneurship (take the business as their own)
  • Strong knowledge of Sales Performance Management system on In-Store Missions, Customer Management, Category Management skills
  • Good command of English
