Job Overview

The Performance Test Lead will be responsible for managing and executing all aspects of performance testing activities including planning, designing, scripting, execution, and analysis of performance tests. 

Responsibilities

• Lead the performance testing team, including planning, designing, and executing performance tests.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand performance requirements and provide regular updates on test progress and results.
• Use Load Runner and other tools to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
• Ensure the performance of the system meets the requirements of stakeholders and end-users.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MySQL: The candidate must have a strong understanding of MySQL databases, including the ability to write complex queries and optimize database performance.
• Stakeholder Relationship Management: The candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Load Runner: The candidate must have experience in using Load Runner for performance testing, including designing, developing, and executing performance tests.
• The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
