Job Description
Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives for the assigned market area, focusing on top doors. Support is provided through hands-on selling to customers, ongoing training and motivation of Beauty Advisors and Selling Specialists, assisting in planning and executing all special event programs, and training for these team members. Achieving excellence in client experience and point-of-sale execution through coaching and developing teams, ensuring adherence to all brand merchandising guidelines and standards, and partnering with store management as an advocate for the brand.

MISSION AND RESPONSIBILTIES
SALES
-Achieve sales targets in the assigned territory through in-store selling, events, and training.
- Lead by example to achieve personal selling goals while coaching Beauty Advisors and Selling Specialists to reach theirs.
- Monitor business performance and analyze results for designated counters in the territory to identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and CRM to impact overall business: track department trends and rankings for MTD, STD, and YTD.
- Responsible for the top door sales performance and goals. Review results weekly, monthly, seasonally, and annually under the Account Executive.
- Report daily business results and potential opportunities to the Account Executive.
EVENTS
-Execute all corporate-directed events in the assigned area following guidance from both the Account Executive and headquarters.
- Responsible for increasing Events penetration in top doors.
- Ensure best-in-class event execution.
- Roll out Account Executive’s comprehensive event plans, including logistics, talent booking, and on-site execution with Retailer partners.
- Building the Maison’s presence and awareness through consistent eventing.
EDUCATION
- Schedule, plan, and execute comprehensive seasonal in-store training on product knowledge, marketing strategy, new product launches, and upcoming events within and outside of fragrance departments (“Store ambassadors / Top books”) in collaboration with the Account Executive.
- Coach, train, and work side by side with BCs and Fragrance Specialists to ensure goal achievement and a strong consumer experience while adhering to all brand standards using all the education tools provided.
- Conduct monthly productivity evaluations for all Beauty Advisors and Selling Specialists in the territory to identify training opportunities and areas for growth.
- Train Fragrance Specialists and Beauty Consultants on Acqua Di Parma storytelling, clienteling, sample follow-up, preselling, new launch execution, and daily business review.
- Onboard new hires with hands-on coaching and training at the counter.
- BUSINESS ACUMEN
- -Partner with the Account Executive to strategically plan the schedule, supporting top doors while staying within the given budget.
- Collaborate with the Account Executive and store management to address stock concerns.
- Ensure all visuals are current, and updates are completed to HQ standards.
- Maintain the Acqua di Parma image across all accounts and counters by monitoring product merchandising, staff presentation, and counter cleanliness and organization.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of luxury or prestige beauty sales experience
- Prior experience as Business Manager, Sales, and/or Training
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Achievement oriented
- Solid business acumen and good financial aptitude (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong leadership skills
- Collaborative and thrives in a team environment
- Must be able to drive throughout the territory and maintain valid driver’s license
- Hours of work must be flexible to meet job objectives
- Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
