We are currently looking for a User Research Specialist who will play a pivotal part of our team where you will provide our teams with well-founded insights and data that directly support product, marketing, and business decisions. With your background in market and user research, you will accompany the entire product development process: from discovering new ideas, identifying customer needs, testing prototypes, conducting interviews and surveys, to quantitative market research and competitive analysis.  In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor across the organization, making sure that customer and market perspectives are always at the center of what we do. 

What You Will Do

  • Design, conduct, and analyze qualitative and quantitative market and user research to generate actionable insights (e.g. in-depth interviews, focus groups, surveys, opinion polls, concept tests, competitive benchmarks). 
  • Choose and apply the right research methods for different business questions, ensuring decisions are based on robust and meaningful data. 
  • Actively advise stakeholders across R&D, Design, Product Management, and Marketing with professional research input, always keeping customer and market needs in focus. 
  • Maintain, expand, and engage with our global tester community of more than 12k members. 
  • Prepare research findings clearly and compellingly and present them to relevant decision-makers to provide user- and market-driven orientation. 
  • Help foster customer empathy throughout the organization and act as a strong advocate for our users. 

What You Should Bring

  • Degree in (Business) Psychology, Social Science, Market Research, Anthropology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience. 
  • Proven professional experience in market research, user research, customer insights or related sociological/psychological research fields, ideally within a product- or customer-driven environment. 
  • Solid understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods and best practices, including study design, execution, and analysis. 
  • Strong experience in conducting data-driven research projects. 
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for different stakeholders. 
  • Independent, structured, and reliable working style with a high degree of ownership. 
  • Enthusiasm for working with data and turning research into impact across the organization.
