Job Description
We are seeking an HR Senior Specialist professional who provides administrative support to employees while ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of HR functions. This role focuses on employee management, building relations, and enhancing the employee experience. The ideal candidate is thorough and can work with various stakeholders, including IT, procurement, finance, payroll, and project delivery teams.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment, Onboarding, And Offboarding:
- Handle and manage the complete onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for employees.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including workforce and manpower planning, creating and updating job descriptions, posting jobs on Smart Recruiter (SR), and screening CVs.
- Schedule and conduct HR interviews.
- Handle all candidate communications, follow-ups, and rejection emails.
- Manage offer requests and salary negotiations.
- Manage new joiner communications, including presenting the welcome booklet and policies and procedures.
- Handle systems induction, office tours, and email creation requests.
- Manage device setup and onboarding support and the setting up of Adrenalin accounts.
- Ensure all necessary files are collected and new employee files are created.
- Handle the medical insurance system, including additions and deletions.
- Manage offboarding tasks such as the completion of the exit checklist, conducting exit interviews, processing final settlements, and ensuring account and insurance deletions.
- Manage government-related tasks like Iqama creation, work permits, and HRDF registrations
Hr Operations & Administration:
- Handle all HR operations related to employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job titles, and salaries.
- Manage and organize physical and digital files and records.
- Review employee attendance and leaves.
- Manage internal and new joiner announcements.
- Handle and manage the company's HR systems, including Smart Recruiter and Adrenalin.
- Draft employee letter requests and attestations.
- Update the organizational chart and provide monthly updates to the GHRD.
- Process HR-related payments.
Employee Relations & Development:
- Provide support to staff members, such as assisting with projects, presentations, and research.
- Provide support on training needs to upskill and support employees.
- Manage training-related tasks, such as record keeping, sharing training calendars, and supporting the KSA development program.
- Manage performance management tasks, including probation reviews, goal submissions, and year-end evaluations.
- Handle compensation and benefits tasks, such as salary confirmations, promotions and increments, commissions, and loan requests.
- Handle and manage the GDP and internship programs, including identifying hiring needs and coordinating with universities for candidates.
- Handle culture and well-being initiatives, including analyzing Culture-amp surveys, action planning, and managing HR calendars
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience
- Good interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Ability to produce presentations to deliver the Training and Technical Solutions
