General Function:
- Provide support in HR and manpower management, including data requirements and reporting for models like AF Manpower Model, ASU, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC), and new manpower initiatives.
- Support organizational studies, system design, and procedure development to improve human resource management.
- Apply management and analytical methods to gather, analyze, and evaluate HR-related information for USG and Mission Partners.
- Assist in briefing USG and Mission Partners on HR allocations to meet mission goals.
- Assist program managers with documentation, analysis, and recommendations on manpower activities to include assisting in administering the awards program, and meeting performance appraisal milestones.
- Track and manage Requests for Personnel Actions (RPAs) and Authorization Change Requests (ACRs).
- Support in the development and tracking of Core Personnel Documents and training programs.
- Assist in managing Directorate SIP activities, including tracking deficiencies and preparing for the SIP Out-brief meeting, organizing meetings and training, and monitor updates to SIP checklist.
- Support system security for maintaining master files and file plans for both classified and unclassified data.
- Assist with record searches and provide support for filing records in accordance with AFRIMS and ERM structures.
- Assist in suspense tracking by providing weekly updates on suspense status and ensure proper assignment and completion of tasks using automated tracking software.
- Help prepare and display materials for staff meetings and assist in developing, editing, and publishing documents, including program plans, directives, reports, and presentations.
- Provide support in data entry, retrieving data, and maintaining tracking systems.
Qualifications:
Education/Certifications/Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of related experience, OR, 7 years of directly related experience.
- Must be identified as recognized Industry leaders for a given area of expertise.
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft programs (including Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Must be able to transport self to various facility sites, as required. If using own motor vehicle, must possess a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
