Job Description

We are currently seeking Senior Piping/Welding Inspectors for a deepwater offshore pipeline installation project in Qatar. This role involves inspection services for the installation of a 32" subsea pipeline, tie-in spool, and associated subsea valve skid. The selected candidates will be responsible for overseeing welding and coating activities on both day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of welding and piping activities during offshore pipelaying operations.
• Monitor coating applications to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Ensure all work complies with specifications and industry standards.
• Prepare inspection reports and document non-conformances, if any.
• Interface with project and quality teams to resolve technical issues.
• Support subsea installations including tie-ins and valve skid placements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience 
• Valid CSWIP 3.1 certification or equivalent welding inspection qualification.
• Coating inspection certification (required).
• NDT certification (preferred but optional).
• Strong knowledge of offshore pipelaying standards and procedures.
• Experience working with major EPC contractors
