Your Role:

Within Life Science, we, the Regulatory Excellence & Efficiency group are running cross-functional projects for the Hazard Communication & Chemical Regulation department. We exhibit a divers and balanced team set-up from Six-Sigma Black-Belt and PMP-Certified Global Regulatory Project Manager to Program Lead, Quality Management Officer and Change and Communication Manager - all with the passion for Design, Digitalization, Process Improvement and Change Management. As working student (all genders) Change & Communications you will gain hands-on experience supporting our Transformation sub-team in the execution of our Change and Communication strategy. You will be working at the intersection of project management, employee engagement, and communication strategy on a wide range of tasks:

  • Operational and administrative support for Change & Communication activities
  • Draft and design support material for Change & Communication formats ensuring clarity and visual appeal (slides, mailings, workshops, dialogue formats etc.)
  • Creation and design support for internal Communication activities (editorial planning, newsletters, creative writing etc.)
  • Regular administration support

Your Qualifications:

  • University student: business administration or management, business communication, business psychology, communications, public relations, life science, biotechnology or similar
  • Proficiency in Design Tools: Familiarity with presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint) and graphic design tools to create engaging materials.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex information clearly in written materials and presentations.
  • Ability to work independently and drive topics on your own.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments.
  • Curious, proactive, comfortable working in a complex, multi-cultural environment
  • Attention to detail: Careful review and editing skills to ensure that all materials are accurate and align with the business requirements.
  • Fluent (C1) in English
