[Job - 24682] Master Golang Developer, Colombia

Responsibilities- Architect and implement a sophisticated permission data model and associated APIs- Lead the technical approach for an AWS-native architecture using Golang- Drive the AI-powered code transposition strategy, showcasing CI&T's innovative approach- Mentor team members and establish best practices for code quality and performance- Deliver working demonstrations to key stakeholders showcasing the permission system functionality.
Required Skills- 8+ years of software engineering experience- Advanced expertise in Golang development- Strong experience with AWS-native application development- Deep understanding of authentication and authorization systems- Experience designing and implementing API-first approaches- Ability to leverage AI tools for code development and transformation- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts.
Nice to Have- Experience with auction platforms or similar complex business systems- Background in modernizing legacy systems- Previous work in hierarchical permission models#LI-MR5
