This new role will empower our people and elevate our client service through strategic, data-driven, and innovative technology creating a connected, agile, adaptable, and future-ready firm that grows sustainably while delivering technical excellence across all offices and practice groups.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the firm's overall practitioner technology strategy, ensuring alignment with practitioner needs, client needs, and business goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends that can be leveraged to improve efficiency, productivity, quality of work products, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and development.
- Create and manage a technology roadmap, outlining key milestones and initiatives for technology development and adoption.
- Champion technology adoption across practice groups, focusing on tools that enhance project delivery and client outcomes
- Work with the President/CEO on change management strategies and approaches for integration and adoption of technologies.
- Collaborate with each practice group to understand their technological needs and align technology solutions with business requirements.
Essential Functions
- Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) required. Experience with Bluebeam is preferred.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations and funding processes.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Team Building: Ability to develop strong relationships with coworkers and build effective teams
- Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with others to capitalize on Wright-Pierce’s collective capabilities and knowledge
- Attributes: Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Business Development: Effective client relationship and exceptional proposal generation skills

Experience
- 15+ years in technology leadership roles required
- AEC experience a plus
Education
Bachelors degree in related fields
