Job Description
Job Purpose:
- Responsible for the Setup, Operation and Maintenance of Test equipment in ATC Lab
- Support TENG/QENG activities, debugging and analysis
- Maintain overall facility according to ISO9001, ESD20.20 and other applicable standards necessary for the proper operations and support of all assigned activities
Principal Accountabilities:
- Perform setup and conversion of Test handlers, wafer prober, tape and reel and other test support equipment
- Perform Preventive Maintenance and Calibration of Test equipment
- Perform or operate automated and manual operations of Test Equipment in support of Engineering activities
- Initiate and Implement Continuous Improvement Projects for test operations (cost reduction, quality and yield improvement)
- Perform other tasks assigned by Operation’s Team Lead / Manager
- Perfom support activities such as incoming inspection, packing and shipping of engineering samples and/or hardware.
- Maintain the Test facility environment according to ISO9001, ESD20.20, 5S standards and other applicable standards necessary for the operations.
- Send weekly/monthly report update
Key Performance Measures:
- Ability to deliver and complete the given task on-time. Specifically, for setup and testing of Fast Track samples and ORT/HTOL.
- Drive Continuous Improvement activities to meet the identified goals and objectives to maximize facility utilization.
- Demonstrate ability to work as individual contributor or in team setting.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills And Experience:
- Good communication/written skills in Mandarin and/or English Language
- Excellent knowledge of Test operation, and have at least 5 years as Test Technician or Associate Test Equipment Engineer
- Experience in operation of Tester [Teradyne I/UFlex, Advantest V93K]
- Experience in operation of Test handlers (Cohu, SRM), Wafer probers (UF200), Tape and Reel and other Test/Finishing equipment
- Good knowledge in Wafer Level CSP testing is an advantage
- Positive attitude, excellent teamwork/interpersonal skills, eager to learn and ability to adapt to changes.
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in electronics, electrical or computer sciences with minimum of 5 or more years’ experience in Test or Manufacturing Operations.
- Ability to work well under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadline
