Job Description
We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Group Asset Management and Administration division of the Ignitis Group shared service center, where you’ll be responsible for managing office lease agreements, overseeing facility maintenance, and coordinating furniture and office space renovations. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Managing facility lease agreements
- Searching for efficient asset management solutions and implementing them
- Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data related to the managed assets
- Planning the budget and ensuring its execution
- Initiating procurement processes, including public procurements
- Participating in "Workplace experience" projects
The employment contract is fixed-term (up to 2 years), with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position.
Qualifications
- 2 years of work experience in real estate management
- Good skills in using core MS Office applications
- Ability to plan and organize tasks, and make quick independent decisions
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a fast learning ability
- Collaboration skills and initiative
- Excellent English and Lithuanian language skills
Would Be An Advantage:
- Category B driving license
- Experience in public procurement
- Experience in office furniture purchasing
- Experience participating in office space reorganization
