HubSpot’s mission is to help millions of organizations grow better. Our Media and Content team plays an important role in achieving this mission by reaching, educating and entertaining, and converting new customers at different steps in their journey. Each month our HubSpot Media Network reaches over 50 million people through such popular content franchises as The Hustle, My First Million, Mindstream, Marketing Against the Grain and dozens of other YouTube channels, newsletters, podcasts, creator partnerships, blogs and more.

Responsibilities:
- Deal Sourcing & Negotiation
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate high-impact deals, including content partnerships, distribution agreements, and new content platform collaborations, with a strong emphasis on high-value formats for HubSpot: video and audio.

- Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including potential partners and platforms.
- Oversee the entire deal lifecycle from initial contact through negotiation to post-deal execution.
- Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement content BD strategies that drive growth and support HubSpot Media’s objectives for this role: increasing the reach and impact of our top performing content series.

- Demonstrated success in building and launching new cross-functional programs from the ground up.
- In-depth understanding of trends in the media ecosystem and emerging platforms.
