日本におけるデジタルメディアチームをリードし、管理し、責任を持つ役割です。このチームには、アカウントマネジメントチーム（アソシエイトアカウントマネージャー、アカウントマネージャー、シニアアカウントマネージャー、プロジェクトリード）が含まれます。

チームリードとして、戦略的イニシアチブを推進し、異文化間のコラボレーションを強化し、最先端のデジタルツールを活用してクライアントのインパクトを最大化します。さらに、この役割は、ダイナミックな市場に対するエージェンシーのアプローチを形成し影響を与える位置付けとなり、業界内でのリーダーシップを確立することができます。

主な職務内容:

- Googleマーケティングプラットフォーム、Google Ads、Bing、Facebook、Twitter、Amazon DSP/スポンサー広告、The Trade Desk、Yahoo Japanなど、さまざまなプラットフォームで活動する最大10人の有能で高技能なアカウントマネージャーのチームを管理。

- アカウントマネジメント組織の全てのディスプレイ広告、動画、モバイル、検索、ソーシャルキャンペーンの運営をプレイヤーコーチとして支援。

- 大規模なデータセット/レポートを分析し、弊社の製品やサービスに関してクライアントに洞察や専門知識を提供。

- マーケティング、トレーニング、エンジニアリング、営業、ビジネスオペレーションチームとの共同プロジェクトを行う。

- ビジネスチャンスやパートナーシップを特定し、関係を深めていく。

- チームメンバーのキャリアデベロップメントを指導し、他チーム（ビジネスオペレーション、製品、営業など）とのプロジェクト作業を進める。

- Monksが急成長する中、アカウントマネジメントチームのプロセスと運営の戦略を立て、改善を図る。

- 必要に応じてイニシャルPoc役を担う：地域的な拡張時、他の部署/機能（オペレーション、採用、トレーニング、財務、営業）などを実行する際。

- Dsp、Google Ads/Bing、広告サーバー、Web解析プラットフォームの十分な理解を通じて、チームのクライアント向けにプラットフォーム内でテストする新しい方法を積極的に特定（戦術、構造的変更、報告など）。

- Monksのビジョンとフィロサフィーを社内外に効果的に伝え、営業活動に参加。

- クライアントと内部のニーズに優先順位を付け実行する。時より異なる内部ステークホルダーから対立する優先事項を調整する。

必要な経験・スキル:

- 出版社、エージェンシー、トレーディングデスク、テクノロジー企業などでのオンライン広告の経験が5〜8年あること。

- 最低2人以上のチームを管理した経験が2年以上あること。

- 該当する技術ソリューションに関する専門的知識があること。

- 対面のクライアントミーティングやクライアントサミットをリードした実績があること。

- 英語、日本語の両方において、優れた書面および口頭コミュニケーション能力があること。

- アカウント管理の経験、特にビジネスチャンスの特定に関する経験があること。

- 広告技術（広告配信、リッチメディア、Rtb、広告交換、検索エンジン、Dsp、Ssp、Dmp）に関する知識があること。

- Dv360、Cm、Amazon、Ga360、クリエイティブ、検索に関する高度な知識と、効果的に活用する能力があること。
