Who We’Re Looking For:

You’re a born leader with a nurturing heart and a knack for running the show. As our Director, you'll be the go-to person for making sure everything runs smoothly — from curriculum to compliance and team morale. If you're organized, have a passion for education, and have what it takes to lead an awesome team — we want YOU!

Your Day-To-Day:

• Manage daily school operations
• Lead and support an amazing education team
• Ensure curriculum & regulatory standards are not only met but exceeded
• Build strong relationships with families
• Keep records accurate and up-to-date
• Create a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for all
• Lead staff development and team events

What You Bring To The Table:

• TX Director Credential
• Active CDA, or a BA/AA in Early Childhood Education
• 2-3 years of experience in a licensed childcare facility (admin role)
• CPR & First Aid Certified
• Clean Background Check
• Available to work rotating shifts (6am–6pm, Mon–Fri)
• Must be 21+
