About the Role We’re hiring a data-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to support lead generation efforts and campaign execution across our performance programs. This includes:

  • Lead generation on our brand-new product launch focused on a B2C and B2B travel audience.
  • Driving B2C luxury traveler adoption of our editorial travel website and leveraging our travel advisors to book travel.
  • Adoption across a B2B audience both within and outside our network of Ensemble’s exclusive travel booking tool.
  • Lastly, support marketing campaigns that drive travel agencies to join Ensemble – a travel consortium.

This role is ideal for someone who loves testing, optimizing, and running fast-paced performance marketing campaigns across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn, etc.) to support lead generation across all three focus areas.
  • Launch and optimize landing pages, lead capture forms, conversion flows and tracking for acquisition and member engagement.
  • Support efforts that involve marketing campaigns with industry trade vendors.
  • Work cross-functionally with design and content teams to develop campaign creative and email sequences.
  • Support outbound email campaigns to drive adoption of Ensemble’s exclusive booking platform.
  • Partner with business development and member engagement teams to align messaging and maximize lead quality.
  • Track KPIs and analyze performance trends, reporting and presenting learnings and clear recommendations regularly.
  • Make front-end website updates as needed across both RangeTravel.com and EnsembleTravel.com to ensure pages are optimized for performance, SEO, and user experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital/growth marketing, with proven success running performance marketing campaigns
  • Comfortable running ads across Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora and experienced in optimizing conversions.
  • Strong understanding of ad metrics. You are comfortable reporting and building dashboards to show CAC, RoAS, etc.
  • Strong understanding of lead funnels, retargeting, and A/B testing strategies
  • Fluent with tools like HubSpot, GA4, SEMrush and more.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for fast testing and learning
  • Self-starter who’s comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment. Comfortable iterating fast.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with proven expertise in problem solving and multiple project management.
  • Detail oriented person who moves quickly but not in service of mistakes or errors
  • Front-end development experience is a must.
  • In depth experience developing and executing marketing plans.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to create strong working relationships based on trust and confidence.
  • Strong communication skills: you can present information (both written and oral) clearly and concisely across all levels within the organization.
  • Travel industry experience a plus, startup experience a plus.
