Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities - Support iCIMS platform and assist with transition planning. - Serve as the lead technical person for the Workday recruiting implementation. - Manage project timelines, coordinate meetings, and lead large groups during implementation. - Influence configuration and design decisions to ensure best practices in Workday. - Manage backlog and prioritize tasks to support implementation goals. - Transition into deeper technical expertise in Workday post-implementation. - Serve as a business analyst for Talent & Culture data, ensuring systems are structured to support business needs. - Develop and maintain a data dictionary and role-based security documentation, and use these tools to build Talent dashboards. - Oversee daily administration of the HRIS to ensure effective processes, data accuracy, and system security. - Collaborate with the Total Rewards team to align HRIS design with changes in benefits, organizational structure, and compensation. - Act as a subject matter expert for HR systems (e.g., Workday, iCIMS, LMS), ensuring systems are streamlined, integrated, and aligned with business needs. - Partner with IT (I3T) to automate data flows and maintain integration audits. - Develop procedures for updating, validating, and correcting HR data across systems, including managing electronic data feeds. - Create end-user documentation and training materials as needed. - Establish and manage audit processes to ensure data integrity and support effective reporting and analysis. - Create standard and complex reports to meet ongoing business and compliance needs (e.g., Affirmative Action, EEO, FLSA, COBRA, FMLA). - Provide data summaries and statistical insights to support strategic decision-making. - Recommend system enhancements and manage implementation projects to improve efficiency and user experience. - Manage system contracts and renewals in collaboration with IT (I3T). - Monitor and maintain connection files, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Review and update files during open enrollment or system changes, evaluating risk in partnership with IT. - Support process documentation efforts across the Talent & Culture team. Use Visio to create and maintain process maps related to core responsibilities.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in an analytical HR role. - At least 1 year of HRIS administration and project management experience. - At least 1 year of experience in process improvement and change management. - Experience supporting iCIMS and Workday recruiting implementations. - Strong project management skills with ability to lead large groups and coordinate meetings. - Ability to manage backlog and influence system configuration for best practices. - Demonstrated ability to transition from project management to technical system expertise. Preferred Qualifications - HRIP, PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification. - Experience with large HCM platforms (e.g., Workday, Ultimate, Microsoft). - Experience in vendor selection and implementation. - Background in decentralized or matrixed organizations. - Experience integrating HR systems and developing performance dashboards. - Proven ability to link HR metrics to business outcomes. The estimated base pay range for this role is $88,000 to $118,000 an hour, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases.
