About The Role
We are looking for an Account Manager Implementation Specialist who will serve as a dedicated expert in customer onboarding, product implementation, and data transitions. This individual contributor role is ideal for a customer success or Account Management professional who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and ensuring seamless customer onboarding experiences. You will work closely across Départements to execute critical implementation projects, guide customers through product deployments, and ensure successful adoption from day one.
As an Implementation Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for our most complex onboarding scenarios, working hands-on with customers to transition their data, configure systems, and troubleshoot technical challenges. This role offers the opportunity to develop deep technical expertise while maintaining the customer-centric focus that drives successful outcomes.
What Will Be Expected Of This Role:
AI-Driven Search & LLM Optimization
- Execute customer implementation projects from planning through go-live, ensuring data integrity and minimal business disruption
- Lead onboarding implementations for mid to high-complexity customer deployments
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the onboarding and implementation process
- Collaborate with various teams to understand data structures, integration requirements, and transition needs

Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in customer onboarding, technical implementation, or data transitions within a SaaS or technology environment
- Hands-on experience with data transitions, including ETL processes, data mapping, and validation
- Understands in person scheduling systems for interpreters or people management
- Technical aptitude with ability to understand database structures, APIs, and system integrations
- Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple customer implementations simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in technical customer support or implementation
- Familiarity with change management principles for organizational transitions
- Experience working in fast-paced SaaS environments
- Project management certification or training (PMP, Agile, etc.)
- Familiar with the Language Industry or Health Care
