As an HR Onboarding Associate, you are responsible for guiding the new hire with onboarding from the very first day of the job. You are also responsible for job offers and collecting all the required documents from the new joiner. You will also be responsible for conducting New Hire Orientations / HR Induction on the employee’s first day.
Likewise, you should have basic knowledge about Human Resources Management and the Onboarding process. To succeed in this job role, you will be helping the new hire to get adjusted to the new work environment.
In addition to this, you should be preparing onboarding kits for the new employee such as stationary, t-shirt, and others. You should also be able to answer all the queries of the new employees.
You should possess extraordinary communication skills with a presentable and pleasing personality. Furthermore, you should also possess excellent time management skills and the ability to manage tasks in an effective and efficient manner.

Job Details:
Bridgetowne Quezon City, PH (Hybrid – Mostly on Thursdays or as required)
Monday to Friday | 8 AM to 5 PM
Responsibilities:
- Preparing a job offer letter and sending it to the appropriate candidate.
- Prepare, complete, and collect onboarding documents – contracts, pre-employment requirements
- Conduct New Hire Orientation / HR Induction
- Welcoming new employees with the onboarding kit.
- Introducing new employees to the team members.
- Preparing onboarding documents and kits as and when required.
- Contacting the technical team for arranging hardware and software for the new employee.
- Coordinate with the Training Team for learning items
- Staying up to date with innovative and creative ways of onboarding new employees.
- Assist HR Business Partners and HR Generalists with other tasks.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioural Science, or a related field.
- Demonstrate great time management skills.
- Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
- Basic understanding of HR practices and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
