Cash App Specialist

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced cash apps specialist to join our growing business. In this role, you will be responsible for daily payment reconciliation; applications of payments and providing daily updates. Record and action unsuccessful payments. (NSF, chargebacks, return payments)

Job Details:

• Work from home
• Monday - Friday, 9 PM – 6 AM or 10 PM -7 AM PH Time
• *Following US Holidays

Responsibilities:

• Review & do Cash Application: Checks, ACH, Wire, EFT
• Review & Process credit card payments
• Review & prepare proper reconciliation in excel of their work
• Investigate historical data for each debt or bill
• Escalate Cash application issues (short or overpayments on account)
• Update account efforts effectively in NetSuite
• Work diligently with general collectors & Accounts Receivable team

Qualifications:

• Degree with Finance or Accounting courses
• Three years of previous experience as an AR-cash app.
• Proficient computer skills, MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel a must)
• Working knowledge of financial/ERP software: NetSuite.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Self-motivated and self-directed; able to follow instructions and work with little supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to create trust and build relationships
• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
