Assistant Manager- Interactive Experiences

We are looking for a dynamic and creative professional to join our Interactive Experiences team. The role involves conceptualizing and executing interactive campaigns that spark engagement, amplify fandom, and deliver impactful content-led experiences. You will collaborate closely with product, programming, design, legal, commercial, and analytics teams to bring cutting-edge interactivity to life on the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Ideation & Strategy: Develop innovative, out-of-the-box concepts for interactive features and campaigns that boost fandom and deepen audience engagement.
• Content-Centric Solutions: Identify need gaps across genres and audiences; design tailored interactive experiences aligned to content type and viewer behavior.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product teams to design, test, and launch interactive features.
• Partner with programming, legal, and commercial teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Operational Excellence: Manage and update metadata & copies for interactive elements.
• Collaborate on feature testing and enhancements to deliver a flawless user experience.
• Analytics & Insights: Track dashboards, analyze user behavior, and leverage data to optimize interactivity and engagement outcomes.

Preferred Education & Experience

• 6-7 years of experience
• Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong project management abilities.
• Analytical thinker, comfortable working with data and insights.
• Passion for pop culture, and deep awareness of Indian & global entertainment trends.
• Prior experience in OTT platforms, TV channels, advertising agencies, social media agencies, or marketing domains.
• Hands-on exposure to interactive or engagement-driven campaigns that involve gratification fulfilment
