The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong background in project delivery, is SAFe certified, and demonstrates flexibility in applying hybrid project methodologies to achieve results.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Hybrid Methodology Application: Utilize a flexible approach to project management, applying Agile (SAFe, Scrum) and Waterfall frameworks as needed to best suit the project requirements and team dynamics.
  • Roadmap Alignment: Work closely with senior TPMs and stakeholders to execute against the established strategic roadmap, breaking down large initiatives into manageable project plans and milestones.
  • Risk & Dependency Management: Identify and track project risks, issues, and dependencies. Escalate when necessary and work proactively with teams to find effective solutions.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Provide clear, concise, and regular status updates to project stakeholders and leadership, ensuring transparency on progress, milestones, and potential blockers.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Technical Program or Project Management, with a focus on enterprise IT or software projects.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the full lifecycle of complex enterprise application projects (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS).
  • Active SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Agilist, SAFe Practitioner) with practical experience working in a SAFe environment.
  • Strong proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies and experience operating in a hybrid model.
  • Hands-on proficiency with JIRA for project tracking, backlog management, and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing projects with significant Information Security (InfoSec) components, ensuring compliance and secure delivery.
  • Experience applying change management principles to drive user adoption and manage stakeholder communications.
  • Familiarity with the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework for aligning projects with business goals.
  • PMP or other relevant project management certifications.
