Saltbox simplifies the hardest parts of running a small online business by providing modern, flexible workspaces. Our members operate across a wide range of industries, including Fashion & Apparel, Health & Beauty, and Electronics.

The Role
We’re looking for Seasonal Member Specialists to join our Seattle team and support operations during the peak season. In this hands-on role, you’ll help ensure the facility runs smoothly, assist members with logistical tasks, and contribute to our vibrant Saltbox community.

What You’Ll Do

• Assist with receiving, organizing, and placing inventory items for members.
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately and efficiently to keep members on track.
• Monitor the delivery dock and assist with unloading trucks, pallets, and shipments.
• Lift, pull, and move packages ranging from 5 to 100 pounds (with reasonable accommodation).
• Ensure common areas (warehouse, kitchen, office) are clean, organized, and fully operational.
• Collaborate with members on a variety of tasks and projects, adapting to their needs and schedules.

Job Details

• Schedule: Availability between 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays possible.
• Hours: Flex 10–40 hours per week.
• Season Duration: Oct 14 – Dec 19, 2025 (potential extension).
• Location: Saltbox Seattle, 4786 1st Ave S, Suite 103, Seattle, WA 98134.

Pay Range: $19.50 – $20.50 per hour.
