Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, or related fields,
• Minimum 5 years of technical experience in the field of cybersecurity,
• Knowledge of Palo Alto Networks products and solutions; relevant certifications are a strong plus,
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills,
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs and provide technical recommendations aligned with Palo Alto products and solutions,
• Support the sales team in proposal processes from a technical perspective,
• Conduct demos, PoCs, and presentations,
• Follow the latest cybersecurity trends and updates on Palo Alto solutions and share insights with internal teams,
• Provide technical consultancy aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.
