Role
At Genmab, we are dedicated to building extra[not]ordinary® futures, together, by enabling our unstoppable team to thrive. Our Global Talent & Culture (GT&C) function plays a central role in driving leadership development, performance management, promotions, culture, and talent practices across Genmab. We are looking for a Student Worker to join the GT&C team in Copenhagen. In this role, you will support global leadership, performance, promotion, and culture-related processes while contributing to key projects that shape Genmab’s people agenda.
This flexible part-time role (approx. 20 hours per week with consideration for exam periods) offers hands-on experience in global HR processes at a leading biotech company. You will collaborate with your manager, a fellow Student Worker, and colleagues worldwide, while gaining exposure to strategic people initiatives in an inclusive and international environment at our Copenhagen headquarters!
Responsibilities
- Support your manager with leadership training, performance management, and promotion cycles.
- Take ownership of administrative and coordination tasks, ensuring structured and efficient execution.
- Collaborate with trusted vendors to deliver high-quality training, assessment, and culture initiatives.
- Partner with another Student Assistant in the team, sharing tasks and responsibilities across GT&C’s agenda.
- Contribute to broader GT&C projects, including culture shaping, assessments, and potential market/country expansions.
- After onboarding, independently plan and drive administrative and coordination tasks, taking accountability for your deliverables.
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across borders, time zones, and cultures, ensuring smooth execution of global processes.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a Master’s program (or final year of a Bachelor’s program) in a relevant field, such as: Communication & Media Studies, International Business / Business Administration, Organizational Psychology / Sociology;
- Strong organizational skills with a structured and efficient work style;
- Ability to plan and deliver tasks independently after onboarding;
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders;
- Interest in leadership, culture, and people processes in a global context;
- Professional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Recruitment Timeline
- Shortlisting will begin in the week of October 5th. Online screenings are planned for the week of October 13th, with interviews expected during the week of October 20–24.
The expected start date is 15 November 2025.
