Job Description

あなたの役割：

コマーシャル・オペレーションズ部門に所属し、サプライチェーンおよび関連業務におけるオペレーショナル・エクセレンス（シニアマネージャー相応）の推進を担います。Leanなどの手法を活用し、品質・納期・コスト・在庫の最適化を図るとともに、組織全体の業務改善をリードします。

主な業務内容

•組織全体における標準化された業務プロセスと重要な能力の展開・統合を推進し、戦略的目標と業務要件の整合性を確保。

•オペレーショナル・エクセレンスの手法とツールの維持・展開、社内の専門家としての役割を担う。

•組織の成熟度を評価し、改善領域を特定、戦略を立案・実行。

•複雑なサプライチェーン課題をLeanなどの手法で解決。

•新技術やツールの導入支援、イノベーションの促進。

•クロスファンクショナルな業務改善プロジェクトの推進（Scmに限らず、コマーシャルビジネスプロセスも含む）。

•トレーニング資料の作成、チームメンバーの育成支援。

•Kpiのモニタリングとプロセス最適化の機会の特定。

•シニアステークホルダーとの連携によるプロジェクトの合意形成。

プロジェクト事例

■ 新規製品の日本展開

海外で開発された医療機器の日本市場への導入に向け、薬事・物流・営業・マーケティングなど複数部門と連携。プロジェクトマネジメントスキルを活かし、ステークホルダーとの合意形成、スケジュール管理、リスク対応を実施。

■ サードパーティー品の最適化

外部ベンダーとの契約見直し、在庫管理の効率化、品質基準の統一などを含むプロジェクト。購買・品質管理・Scm部門とのクロスファンクショナルな協業が求められ、地理的に分散したチームとの調整も発生。

■ 購買プロセスの改善

グローバル基準に基づいた購買プロセスの標準化と自動化を推進。LeanやKaizenの手法を活用し、業務フローの可視化、ボトルネックの特定、改善施策の実行をリード。

■ オフィス・倉庫の最適化

拠点統合やレイアウト変更、在庫配置の最適化などを含む施設改善プロジェクト。施設管理・Scm・It部門との連携が必要で、複数ステークホルダーとの調整力が求められる。

このポジションに求められる実務経験 :

•Pmp資格保有者

•業界を問わずプロジェクトマネジメント経験

•ネイティブレベルの日本語力

•ビジネスレベルの英語力（Toeic 850点以上）

•課題発見・解決力、交渉力、分析力（定性・定量）

•クロスファンクショナルな協業スキル

•変化する環境でのマネジメント・育成スキル

Job title: SC OpEx Specialist

Your Role:

Prioritizes and drive performance improvements that will have substantial impact on the business results and on delivering operational excellence to customers, by challenging the status quo, coaching, and embedding a mindset of continuous improvement to achieve performance excellence.

・Prioritise performance improvement and drive projects forward.

・Contribute to the development and achievement of short and long term company objectives.

・Driving a wide range of cross-functional business improvements within the company.

・Improving and driving commercial business processes beyond SCM.

・Support for the development of team members.

Project Features:

・Dynamic environment for the successful delivery of multiple large scale, cross-functional End2End projects. (including international stakeholders).

・Geographically dispersed and often cross-functional projects.

・Many projects have a large number of stakeholders.

・More Project Type initiatives than Operation Type initiatives.

You'Re The Right Fit If:

・Pmp Qualification.

・Project management experience, regardless of industry.

・Native level Japanese language skills.

・Business level English language skills (TOEIC 850 or above).

・Capability to persistently gather and analyse facts, including problem finding and resolution skills and tough negotiation.

・Cross-Functional Collaboration Skills.

・Management/development skills in a changing environment.

・Excellent analytical skills (both qualitative and quantitative) and logical thinking.

Nice To Have Requirements:

・Works and project experience in the medical device industry.

・Experience in Supply Chain operations and projects.

・Experience and track record in LEAN.

【契約期間】期間の定めなし

【試用期間】試用期間あり（原則として入社日より6ヶ月）

【業務内容】（雇入れ直後）上記のとおり（変更の範囲）会社の定める業務

【就業場所】（雇入れ直後）本社（麻布台ヒルズ）　（変更の範囲）会社の定める就業場所

【就業時間】9:00-17:30　休憩時間：原則として12:00-13:00  

【勤務形態】ハイブリット（週3日オフィス出社、週2日までリモート勤務可能）

【休日】毎週土曜日（所定休日）、日曜日（法定休日）、国民の祝日、年末年始（12月29日-1月4日）

【休暇】初年度有給休暇　最大20日間（2年度～5年度 20日／6年度以降 25日 付与）、CareLeave（年間10日間）、Sick Leave（年間最大30日間）ほか 

【時間外労働】あり

※ただし、管理職での採用の場合は、残業代は支給対象外（深夜勤務手当、休日深夜勤務手当の支給はあり）

【給与】基本給　年収1200～1500万円　ご経験により考慮します

【賞与】インセンティブ 20%

※インセンティブは毎年3月に支給。（会社業績、部門業績、個人評価によって変動あり）

※年度途中入社者は対象期間中日割計算あり

【手当】通勤手当の支給あり
