Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Furnishes vital AI architecture for Greater China Region together with Philips Innovation, co-design and co-lead the creation of robust IT AI Foundation capable of meeting the required AI use cases and evolving needs of the Greater China Region.
• Manages Greater China Region IT AI Foundation architecture roadmap activities,
• o  Understand and promotes enterprise-wide AI Foundation Solution & architecture integration where applicable and feasible
• o  Develops GCR specific AI solutions in accordance with Enterprise Architecture Guidance while also meeting Greater China Region Legal, Fiscal, Regulatory, Security, Privacy, Quality mandates
• Hands-on assess, design and experiment AI use case PoC in GCR, in collaboration with Philips China Innovation and China based eco-system partners
• Hands-on build and implement AI foundation for GCR, supported by Philips China Innovation team and delivery partners
• Facilitate optimal utilization of GCR AI Foundation by evolving the platform technology, enhancing the speed and easiness of enabling emerging attractive AI use cases, lower the difficulties of user onboarding
• Build the framework that will allow a sustainable day to day operation/support of Philips GCR AI foundation

Minimum Required Education:

• Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.

Minimum Required Experience:

• Must have hands-on experience in delivering AI use cases, including foundation model evaluation & implementation, pre & post training, RAG and fine-tuning, MCP integration
• Must be able to do groundwork such as creating design document, coding, testing, E2E integration
• Must be willing to think out of the box, pioneering innovative approaches to address complex business challenges

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
