About The Role:

Are you a commercially minded graduate ready to build a meaningful career? Join our growing commercial team working on high-impact water and environmental infrastructure projects across East Anglia. 

We’re looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to support the successful delivery of clean water and wastewater projects through effective cost and contract management. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and future-focused industry with a clear route to professional chartership. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions 
  • Assist with contract administration and commercial reporting 
  • Monitor project costs, identify risks, and manage change processes 
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients (e.g. Anglian Water) 
  • Ensure compliance with NEC contracts, procurement frameworks, and commercial procedures 
  • Contribute to value engineering, cost-saving initiatives, and financial forecasting 

What We’Re Looking For:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline (RICS accredited preferred) 
  • A strong interest in the water, utilities, or infrastructure sector 
  • Good numerical, analytical, and communication skills 
  • Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team 
  • Full UK driving licence (or working towards it)
