Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our Analytics & Business Intelligence team. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive strategic initiatives and deliver actionable insights that enhance customer experience and support profitable growth. You will be responsible for executing end-to-end analytical projects, working with large datasets, and transforming complex business questions into clear, data-driven recommendations for senior decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end analytical projects within commercial focus areas such as retail strategy, omni-channel growth, and customer behavior.
- Translate complex business questions into structured analysis plans and deliver actionable insights.
- Work with large internal and external datasets using SQL, Python, R, and other analytical tools.
- Deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address urgent business questions and provide rapid insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and knowledge-sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, or Statistics.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in data analysis, insights, or business analytics roles (in-house or consultancy).
- Proven ability to translate complex business problems into structured analysis plans.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation from large and complex datasets.
- Proficiency in R or Python for advanced analysis.
- Strong communicator with the ability to present findings clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Business-savvy with the ability to interpret data in a broader commercial context.
- Proactive, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
- Collaborative team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and building team capabilities.
