We’re looking for a Senior Manager, People Business Partner to join in us in London.  

The Senior Manager, People Business Partner  will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to drive  our people strategy to enable business growth. This role will act as a truted advisor to senior stakeholders to shape solutions that develop leadership capability, improve business performance and drive culture and engagement. The Senior Manager, People Business Partner will be the key People contact across a variety of central functions, and will be responsible for collaborating with Centres of Excellence (i.e. Talent & Development, Reward) to build approaches which meet our medium and long-term workforce goals.  

The Senior Manager, People Business Partner will combine strategic HR expertise with hands-on execution, influencing at leadership level while remaining close to people and teams. 

What will you be doing?  

Strategic Business Partnering

  • Partner with senior leaders to understand business objectives and translate them into people strategies  
  • Execute strategies by leveraging your network, including CoE support, programme managing initiatives through to completiton   
  • Lead on organisational design and workforce planning giving best in class advice on spans and layers of control  
  • Lead on core cyclical HR delivery, i.e. annual compensation review, employee engagement surveys etc.  
  • Provide strategic input into leadership and culture programmes 
  • Demonstrate a commitment to strong relationships with our people  
  • Employee Experience & Engagement 
  • Act as an escalation point for complex employee relations issues, ensuring outcomes are fair, consistent, and aligned with company values 
  • Drive initiatives that drive a high performance, commercially focussed culture  

Talent, Learning & Leadership 

  • Identify skills and behaviour gaps, and partner with CoE’s to ensure our workforce is fit for future  
  • Utilise current learning and development experience and interventions to enhance overall  
  • management capability 
  • Support leadership development, coaching leaders to increase capability and impact 

Change & Transformation

  • Lead people elements of organisational change programmes, including restructures, integrations, and new ways of working in line with our values  
  • Provide guidance to leaders on managing change, communication, and engagement 

People Analytics & Insights 

  • Use people data and insights to inform decision-making and measure impact of initiatives 
  • Report on key metrics (attrition, engagement, diversity, talent mobility) and advise leaders on trends and build proactive recommendations   
  • Support a data integrity ethos and drive continuous improvement conversations to ensure our data is automated, accessible and fit for prupose

Essential:

  • Broad HR experience across multiple disciplines, including talent management, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, workforce planning, and organizational design 
  • Experienced in partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and to solve complex people challenges 
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with the agility to pivot priorities based on business needs 
  • Experience supporting multiple business units or regions with differing operational and cultural contexts 
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, credibility, and influence at all levels of the organization, including senior leaders and executives. 
  • Strong resilience and adaptability, able to support leaders and employees through periods of transition with confidence and clarity 
  • Highly developed empathy, self-awareness, and social skills, with the ability to understand and respond to diverse employee needs 
  • Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing demands simultaneously 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and metrics to inform business decisions 
  • Ability to present insights and recommendations to business leaders in a clear and actionable manner
