- We are seeking a dynamic Sales Leader Learning Faculty to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of high-performing sales leaders in the life insurance industry. This role combines leadership development expertise, deep insurance knowledge, and hands-on coaching to empower sales leaders with the skills, mindset, and strategies required to drive growth, inspire teams, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

- Strong background in learning facilitation, coaching, or talent development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire, influence, and engage senior leaders and frontline managers.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design, and digital learning platforms is an advantage.

- Bachelor’s degree required; professional certifications in coaching, leadership, or training are a plus.
- Proven experience in sales leadership within the life insurance or financial services industry.

- Design & Deliver Training: Develop and facilitate engaging learning programs for current and aspiring sales leaders, with a focus on leadership capabilities, business acumen, and sales effectiveness.
- Capability Building: Equip sales leaders with coaching, mentoring, and team management skills to drive agency productivity and sustainable business growth.
- Content Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to design relevant, future-ready training materials aligned with company strategy and regulatory standards.
- Performance Coaching: Provide individual and group coaching to strengthen sales leaders’ ability to lead, motivate, and retain productive sales teams.
- Innovation in Learning: Leverage modern learning methods (blended learning, digital tools, simulations, role plays) to enhance training impact and engagement.
- Impact Measurement: Track, assess, and report on the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and sales performance outcomes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Distribution, HR, and Compliance teams to align leadership development initiatives with business priorities.
