About The Project
PATH is scaling up its innovative TB control program targeting urban poor communities in India, leveraging dual activation of health workers and vulnerable populations with strong corporate social responsibility (CSR) partnerships. This initiative, conducted in collaboration with NTEP, state and municipal health departments, and corporate partners, will mobilize resources for upskilling of frontline health care workers (HCWs), promote TB awareness through digital campaign, and youth volunteer activation across multiple states.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Engagement & Grant Development- Lead the design and development of tailored philanthropic grant offers for corporates, in consultation with health system and technical stakeholders.
- Forge new and strengthen existing partnerships with corporate leaders for CSR participation.
- Lead fundraising efforts; identify, cultivate, and manage a pipeline of corporate donors.
- Shortlist potential funders and finalize grant agreements with interested corporates.
- Lead the central TSU for technical guidance, oversight, geography selection, needs assessments, and program planning.
- Coordinate with central TB Division/state TB cells, municipal authorities, WHO Technical Support Units, NGOs, and other stakeholders for smooth implementation.
- Oversee execution of the dual activation intervention in funded geographies, ensuring robust delivery of 3C (Competence, Connection, Confidence) upskilling for 15,000 HCWs and targeted activation of vulnerable populations.
- Develop and monitor detailed workplans and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting for continuous project improvement and accountability.
- Oversee production of high-quality video documentation capturing key project milestones and impact stories.
- Prepare and publish learnings, including best practices and outcomes, via scientific publications, reports, and dissemination workshops for stakeholders.
- Supervise project teams and contracted agencies across sites.
- Represent the project at state, national, and corporate meetings and workshops; prepare and deliver presentations for diverse audiences.
- Facilitate regular progress reviews with internal/external stakeholders.
Required Experience:
- Postgraduate degree in Public Health or related field from a recognized institution (doctorate preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of progressive public health program management experience, with at least 4 years in TB or large-scale health worker upskilling/community activation programs.
- Proven track record of high-level corporate engagement, resource mobilization, and strategy development for CSR or philanthropic programs.
- Experience in establishing technical support units, leading multi-stakeholder collaborations, and managing teams.
- Excellent organizational, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; ability to drive results in complex, multi-partner environments.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality written reports, donor briefs, and scientific publications.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; proficiency in relevant state languages is desirable.
- Ability and willingness to travel across assigned states as required.
