Job title: HR Specialist
Job Responsibility:
- Be accountable to fulfill responsible business unit's hiring with quality by required timeline
- Choose and maintain the recruitment channel
- Manage interview full cycle, including interview, offer, reference check, physical examination and on-board process
- Initiate relevant hiring process in Workday
- Build and perfect the recruitment system and recruitment SOP, improve continuously the recruitment efficiency
- Manage and improve the talent reservoir.
- Manage relevant recruitment documents and output reports
- Manage Business Insurance and assist associates applying for claim
- Support company events upon required
- HR projects/initiatives
- HRBP for several functions department
- Carry out other work assigned by managers
Requirement:
- College degree or above, Human resource, English or relevant major
- 3-5 years working experience in the international companies and manufacturing industry
- Good command of both oral and written English and Cantonese
- Has a high sensitivity and a certain ability to judge, can work under pressure
- Good communication and coordination skill
