We are seeking a talented individual to join M&A team at Mercer. This role will be based in Shanghai or Beijing Office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

• Lead client development and engagement bidding process. Avhieve annual sales and revenue target
• Lead BD and delivery of HR M&A and Business Transformation projects, including but not limited to:HR M&A: HR Due Diligence, Post-merger Integration management, Target Operating Model design, employee transfer planning, employee communication planning, culture integration, etcBusiness Transformation: HR organization design, change management, strategic decoding, etc
• Owns end to end project delivery, including bidding/proposal development, contracting, project execution, delivery and fee collection
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients; works closely with client to understand client’s expectation and feedback for further improvement and final presentation.
• Develops internal knowledge base and provide direction and coaching to junior team members.

What You Need To Have:

• Bachelor degree a must, master degree is preferred
• 8+ years of experience in a corporate and consulting environment, excellent commercial sense and deal knowledge
• Knowledgeable in major areas of HR. Knowledge in Financial Accounting, Corporate Finance, Law (Labor Law or Corporate Law) or Valuation is a plus
• Hands on experience delivering consulting projects, with at least one specialization field
• Strong track record in managing diverse and complex projects
• Fast learner, comfortable with travel and working remotely
• Ability to work under tight timeframe and pressure and a good team player
• Speaking, reading and writing fluency in English in a professional setting
