Job Description

  • Daily management of Customer Service Resolution Department, including setting goals, managing resources, monitoring performance, and implementing necessary changes to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Strategic planning and implementation to enhance customer experience and reduce complaints
  • Oversee the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines for resolving customer issues
  • Collaboration with other departments within the bank to identify areas for improvement in customer service standards and implement solutions
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes related to customer service and take appropriate actions to maintain compliance and competitiveness.Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field; MBA preferred
  • At least 7 years of experience in financial institution, especially in retail banking
  • Knowledge of risk management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and laws governing customer service
