Overview:

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Business Analyst to join our Sales Enablement CRM team, with a focus on Salesforce and Financial Services Cloud (FSC). This role supports cross-functional initiatives across Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, Private Wealth, and Treasury.

You will play a critical role in translating business needs into functional and data requirements, driving CRM and reporting enhancements, and ensuring alignment between technology solutions and business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders across banking verticals to gather, document, and prioritize business and data requirements.
  • Translate complex business processes into user stories and functional specifications for Salesforce and FSC.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and QA to ensure successful delivery of CRM and reporting capabilities.
  • Design and support dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Salesforce Reports, CRM Analytics, and other tools.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution.
  • Maintain documentation including process flows, data mappings, and training materials.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce, FSC, and CRM reporting best practices.
  • Monitor CRM adoption, data quality, and user feedback to inform future enhancements.

Qualifications:

Required

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial services or CRM-focused roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce, with hands-on experience in Financial Services Cloud.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Salesforce Reports, Dashboards, and CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Preferred:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, FSC Accredited Professional).
  • Familiarity with banking products and services across multiple verticals.
  • Experience with data integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft) and data governance practices.

Environment:

This is a 100% on-site role based in Richardson, Dallas, or Houston, TX. Candidates must be able to work in-office full-time to collaborate closely with business and technology teams.
