Job Title:  Financial Analyst, Revenue Analytics

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the monthly close activities, managing journal entries, updating financial reports, and assisting with ad-hoc requests. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who is eager to take on challenges and contribute to our team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform monthly close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Post journal entries and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Update and prepare monthly financial reports for management review.
  • Perform budgeting and forecasting, including variance analysis;
  • Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requests from various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Support the development and implementation of financial tools and dashboards.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to enhance financial operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Understand revenue recognition for ACV/subscription-based businesses
  • Proficiency in Alteryx, Tableau, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open-minded and willing to take on challenges and learn new skills.
  • Amenable to work UK Hours
  • Amenable to work on Hybrid Work Setup.
  • Office is in Ahmedabad. Please ensure you are within the area if applying. (No relocation allowance will be provided)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in ACV/subscription-based businesses area
  • Experience in performing budgeting and forecasting, including variance analysis these areas is preferred.
  • Experience with data cleaning and maintaining established data workflows.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to push accountability to the correct parties when necessary.
