Field IT Support Engineer

Iraq Native. 28/28 Rotation. Basra

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Reports to IM/IT Lead
• Ensures Project Compliance to Global IT Policies
• Hardware Configuration and Provision (Laptops, Desktops, Engineering Workstations)
• Provide Local Desktop Support
• Expedite Software and Hardware Requests
• Provide Hardware and Software Support
• Reporting, Escalation and Routing of IT Incidents to Global Support Teams
• Provide New Starter IT Induction and Training
• Provide Network Drive Access and Security
• Manage Site Team Project Software Subscription Requirements
• Support MFD Deployment (Printer, Scanner, Copying Facilities)
• Expediting Hardware Procurement Activities and Maintains IT Stock Levels
• Oversees IT Asset Registration and Tracking
• Overall 5+ years of related experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in a relevant field.
